Please make sure you carefully read the description of the category you wish to enter by visiting the categories and criteria page on the website before submitting your entry. You may also wish to read the judges guidance page. Complete your chosen entry form and submit it online along with any supporting documents and appendices you wish to include, together with your company logo. Make sure you keep to the word limit specified for each category entry. Entries exceeding this word limit may be disregarded without refund of the fee. Appendices are excluded from this count. We recommend completing your entry in a word document prior to entering online.
All entries must be received by Friday 17 January 2020. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your entry by Friday 17 January 2020 please contact Ria Beal at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have submitted an entry to the awards, we are unable to cancel this or refund the payment.
By submitting an entry, you (or a company representative) agree to be available to attend the awards on Monday 6 July 2020 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Please note additional charges apply to attend and the entry fee does not include admission to the awards.
Payment for entries
By submitting an entry to the awards, you agree to pay the entry cost, which is calculated per entry. Payment for all entries must be made online via card payment.
Judging takes place in February and the shortlist will be published online in March 2020 . Judging is conducted as a panel and no one person is responsible for deciding the winner of each category. The judges’ decision is final and cannot be disputed.
You can pay for your table or multiple places online via card payment when completing your booking.
You will receive a form electronically with your joining instructions requesting guest names, dietary requirements and seating arrangements. Simply complete and return to the registration contact as detailed on the form. This form must be returned to us by Friday 27 February 2020 , otherwise charges may apply, and guests’ requirements may not be met.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booking host’s responsibility to inform their guests that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.
It may be necessary for Faversham House (at its sole discretion) to postpone the event, change the venue and/or the date of this event for any reason. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will transfer your booking to the new venue and/or date.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to the registration contact. Cancellations received before Monday 17 February 2020 will be refunded, less an administrative charge of 20% of the fee + VAT. For cancellations received on or after Monday 17 February 2020 no refund will be made. If Faversham House transfers your booking to a new venue and/or date, no refund will be made unless cancellation was received before Monday 17 February 2020.
Faversham House will not accept liability for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
All tickets include a sparkling wine reception, three-course meal and table wine.
Photography and videoing
During our events and conferences, your image may be captured in photographs or videos which may be used on our website, in our magazines or in marketing material. If you do not wish to be photographed please contact us prior to the event at email@example.com. However, if your image is captured you have the right to request we remove it, or amend the image so you are no longer identifiable.
